Alexandra Nicosias-Kopp can help you with issues such as managing debt, foreclosure prevention, budgeting, home ownership, student loan debt, or improving your credit score. And sometimes you just need a helping hand…
We partner with Senior Citizens Inc. to provide such free services as up to five home-delivered meals for an older or disabled relative (perhaps you are working extra shifts, need to have a surgery or go out of town); help with discounted utilities; blankets and electric fans; DME (durable medical equipment such as wheelchairs or walkers) as available; Medicare counseling. And on a fee-basis we partner with SCI to provide in-home sitter services; adult day health centers; assistance with moving or estate sales; home safety reviews; etc.

Confidentiality in the EAP will be maintained within the rules established by federal and state law and professional ethical standards. Disclosure of information shared by the employee to any source without the prior written consent of that employee is prohibited. This means that the fact that an employee has consulted with EAP, as well the details of the conversation, are usually protected against disclosure.
